Order Processing & Payment

Prior to shipping an order the user agrees that we required you have fully paid all charges, including: taxes, shipping and handling fees. We will not begin printing an order until we have been paid in full. Upon approval of an order no changes are allowed to be made to artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time.

Sales Tax Policy

PrismaBanners.com charges sales tax to orders received from within New York State. If you are qualified to be tax exempt, you need to send or e-mail to us your tax exemption certificate.

Refund & Return Policy

Prisma Printing guarantees the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects and as such will be good for 30 days after purchase of the product. If the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during that time, you agree to take a photograph of the failed or broken product and send the photograph or the original failed or broken product to Prisma Printing LLC. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, Prisma Printing LLC will send a replacement of the product or will issue Prisma Printing LLC credits (Prisma Cash) for the purchase value of the failed or broken product(s). Prisma Printing LLC credit can be used on the Prisma Printing LLC website for any purchase.

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Shortages or errors must be reported via email at info@prismabanners.com within 30 days of shipment receipt.
Understandably, personalized and custom ordered items may not be returned for a refund unless there were errors on our part, or in shipping.

Prisma Printing LLC does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Prisma Printing LLC. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by Prisma Printing LLC as to the cause of the failure or breakage.

Prisma Cash (Credit)

As stated in our refund policy, in case the need to refund you arises we will issue for your use “Prisma Cash”. Prisma Cash its part of our reward program to encourage our customers in giving us feedback and rating the many sections of our website. This credits can be use to purchase any product offered in our site. You may not exchange your Prisma Cash for real dollars. Prisma Cash can only be use for printed products. The Prisma Printing team will issue the customer Prisma Cash from special offers from twitter, Facebook, e-mail, etc. In any case the amount is not accurate it is your responsibility to supply any evidence or proof to claim rewards for Prisma offers. PrismaBanners.com ultimately reserves the rights to award Prisma cash as we see fit. We reserve the right to either increase or decrease your Prisma Cash amount in your account. Any amount awarded from offers received will not be active for a 48hr period. Prisma Cash added via social media must be tagged to #prismabanners. We offer many avenues for our customers to get Prisma Cash and received great rewards, this is why we take a 48hr period to review the amount of Prisma Cash awarded and its legitimacy. If we feel you have “cheated” in any way to increase the amount of Prisma Cash received, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from your account.

Proofs

No order will be send to production without the customer approval upon ordering on our site. If requested, an online proof will be made available to you. PrismaBanners.com is not responsible for delays in the order caused by customers’ non-approval of the proof. A proof file will be the opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text of your order. Customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof.

Errors

PrismaBanners.com is not responsible or liable for any error transpired in a final product produced by any of the following reasons: bleeds, cracks, folds, missing folds, incorrect folds, grammar, misspelling, damaged fonts, punctuation, graphics, wrong cuts, die lines, transparency, crop marks, overprint, or finished product size.

Colors

The accuracy of reproducing colors cannot be guaranteed. PrismaBanners.com will reproduce colors from submitted ready to print files as accurate as possible, but can not exactly match color density. Therefore you must agree to this limitation when placing an order. We will try our best to match the density of each color, but we take no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed job.

Artwork & Files Submitted

PrisimaBanners.com checks all submitted files before printing; in any case you are still one hundred percent responsible for the accuracy of your ready-to-print files. We highly encourage you to proofread all files before submitting them to us. By submitting your artwork you certify that you have the right to use the image or images provided in your files. Under these terms you agree that you will not upload any files consisting of the following material: indecent, improper, offensive, material that could invade rights of privacy, publicity, intellectual property, copyrights with out permission of owner, and any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law. PrismaBanners.com reserves the right to refuse any order, which in our view may be illegal, or a violation to he rights of any third party. The customer accepts full legal responsibility for the content of material processed and printed on his or her behalf and under his or her instructions. PrismaBanners.com reserves the rights to refuse an order with out disclosing a reason.

Delivery method and timing

It is our best intention to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days of receipt, Monday thru Friday, we will notify you if there are any delays in shipment.

We ship to the shipping address that you provide at checkout - please make sure that it is entered correctly. Must be a residential or business address No P.O. box as shipping address. Shipment tracking numbers will be provided to you via email when your order ships.

You are given the opportunity to select your delivery dates upon checkout. Prices vary according to shipping type. Shipping types are based on a standard business day ending at 3:00 PM on Eastern Standard Time. Your choices for delivery times may range based on the calendar year and your selection of either "Next Day" delivery, "2 Day Air", or "Ground" delivery and will usually range from 2 to 15 days. Shipping type and cost upon checkout is set per order but delivery may vary based on the size of your order and what you ordered.

All of our products are shipping through UPS. If you have any of these products in your order, and you cannot receive mail through UPS to your shipping address, please call us before placing your order so that we can make sure your entire order is shipped via another carrier.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email that links you to a page where you can track the status of your order. You will be given a tracking number for the shipping carrier as well as a unique package identification number. By looking at your activity report, you can see when you package is expected to arrive.

Cancelations

If customer decided to cancel their order three hours after the order has been place and sent into production there will be a no refund policy. If the order is canceled within the three-hour window customer will be subject to a 10% penalty fee.
